The Presbyterian Counseling Center is proud to host a Valentine “Heart to Heart” concert, a benefit to help heal the hearts of PCC clients on Sunday, February 7th at 7:00 p.m. at the newly renovated Museum of Arts & Sciences.

The Rice & Rose Law Firm was represented by Jennifer Triplett at the Port Orange Family YMCA 5K race this past weekend on January 18, 2015.

Rice & Rose has signed on as a major sponsor of the Live Your Life Well Race Series promoted jointly by Halifax Health and the Volusia Flagler YMCA. The series includes 20 various running races, triathlons and other fitness events throughout Volusia County during 2015.

Attorney Matthew Shapiro was recently appointed by the Ormond Beach City Commission to serve on the Ormond Beach Neighborhood Improvement Advisory Board (NIAB) for the 2015 calendar year.

Flem Whited, nationally recognized DUI defense attorney, was a featured speaker at the annual National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ three day DUI seminar, “The Art & Science of DUI Defense” in Las Vegas on September 11, 12 and 13 of 2014.

Jennifer Triplett has been hired by the Rice & Rose Law Firm.  Mrs. Triplett is a graduate of Atlantic High School and will be working with the firm’s Administrative Department.

Paul Rice, pictured here addressing members of the Volusia County Bar Association at its annual Family Law Seminar, spoke about the legal nuances of parenting plans and child timesharing schedules in Florida. The seminar was held at the Halifax River Yacht Club on Friday, August 29, 2014, and was attended by approximately 35 lawyers.

Paul Rice conducted the City of Daytona Beach’s Nuisance Abatement Board meeting on August 8, 2014 wherein the City brought allegations against the Circus Bar for repeated drug and other unlawful activities.
