My sister and I recently had the opportunity to work with Rice Law Firm in Daytona Beach, Florida, on an estate matter. The firm was referred to us by another attorney assisting with my loved one’s estate. Our entire experience was excellent. The individual who took our first call was professional, welcoming, and helpful. She answered general questions and quickly connected us with a paralegal who provided additional guidance and helped confirm that the firm was the right fit for our needs. We were able to schedule a free consultation with Attorney Shapiro within just a few days. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and very patient with our questions. He clearly explained the services, costs, and timeline–all of which were very reasonable. He encouraged us to use the full consultation time, with no pressure to proceed!
