The short answer is yes. There are many reasons why couples  start divorce proceedings and many reasons why they change their minds and decide to give the marriage a second or even third chance.  A good divorce lawyer honors and supports those decisions.
It may come as no surprise that  the coronavirus crisis has caused a surge in divorce cases the world over.  Statistics in the U.S., Great Britain, China and Sweden confirm that increased pressures at home has led to the spike . Tensions created by the quarantine, including  decisions about the children’s educational settings,  finances, methods of coping with anxiety and attitudes about handling medical treatments, as well as increased domestic turmoil around the division of labor are at least some of the  contributing factors.

Engage in a few sessions to see if you can get strategies to resolve the issues between you. Many times, unhappy marriages are a symptom of deeper underlying patterns and a divorce may not be the answer. Try counseling even if your spouse is not interested. Do it for yourself. It is money and time well-spent, whether the marriage can be saved or not.
