Paul Rice, pictured lower right, attended the 2012 annual Caribbean Feast in support of the Futures Foundation. The mission of Futures is to raise money for public education in Volusia County. This year’s event raised over $30,000.00. In this age of tight budgets and layoffs, private donations are more important than ever for public education.
