Jim Rose was named the winner of the 2015 Marvin Samuels award given annually by the Daytona Regional Chamber at its annual luncheon. The Marvin Samuels award is presented to a Leadership Daytona member in good standing who has exemplified the excellent leadership standards demonstrated by the late Marvin Samuel in his all too brief, but incredibly productive life.
