Attorney Silvia S. Lopez Barrera has joined the Rice Law Firm as an associate in the family law division. Ms. Lopez Barrera is a civil litigator with experience in both prosecuting and defending Dependency cases. Ms. Lopez Barrera began her career as an attorney for the State of Florida, within the Department of Children and Families, and then transitioned to defending indigent parents against the State of Florida. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida. The Rice Law Firm maintains its primary office at 222 Seabreeze Boulevard, in Daytona Beach, Florida.
