Daytona Beach Divorce and Family Law Attorneys
Our Daytona Beach attorneys have combined experience in marital and family law matters of over thirty five years, and are members of Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Volusia County Bar Associations. Mr. Rice is Board Certified in Divorce and Family Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He also chairs the Family Law Section of the Volusia County Bar Association. In addition to focusing on family law, Mr. Bonamo is Board Certified in Criminal Law. Both Mr. Rice and Mr. Bonamo are past Presidents of the Volusia County Bar Association. Ms. Roys recently joined the firm after working nine years as a prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office. She has served as the Sex Crimes Unit Supervisor, Drug Unit Supervisor and Specialized Unit Felony Prosecutor. Ms. Roys has prosecuted over 50 felony trials and was a homicide prosecutor before joining RICE & ROSE.
