Rice Law Firm’s newest Associate, Jena Conley, getting sworn in on September 21, 2023, at the Volusia County Courthouse Annex.
Partner Philip Bonamo attended the Florida Bar's Board of Governors out of state meeting in Austin, Texas on September 6th through September 8th, 2023. Mr. Bonamo is the Board of Governors representative for the attorneys of the 7th Judicial Circuit of Florida, which comprises of St. John's, Putnam, Flagler and Volusia County. Mr. Bonamo is the current Chair of the Board's Rules Committee, as well as a member of the Communications Committee, Disciplinary Review Committee and the Disciplinary Procedures Committee. Associate Attorney MaryCatherine Crock and Partner Philip Bonamo (pictured) attended on August 25, 2023, the Volusia County Bar Association's (VCBA) Annual Meeting & Induction of Officers and Directors held at The Daytona Marriott at One Daytona. Ms. Crock is currently a Director of the VCBA. Mr. Bonamo is a past Director and a past President of the VCBA.

Paul Rice, Philip Bonamo and MaryCatherine Crock of the Rice Law Firm attended the Florida Bar’s annual Marital & Family Law Review Course on January 27th and 28th of 2023 at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Florida. This annual seminar had over 20 speakers presenting on various divorce and family law topics to an audience of almost 2,000 family law attorneys and judges. In addition to learning the latest developments in marital and family law, the attendees earned 17 hours of continuing legal education. The Rice Law Firm is headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida and represents spouses and parents in Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, Brevard, St. Johns and Putnam counties.

Rice Law Firm attorneys Paul Rice, Beth King, Philip Bonamo and MaryCatherine Crock attended the Family Law Section Meeting on October 14, 2022 for the Volusia Bar Association. Managing Partner, Paul Rice, hosted the meeting for the attendees. After several decades of service, Attorney Rice did so as his final farewell as the chair of the Family Law Section.
