Rice Law Firm attorneys, Jarett de Paula, Beth King, Paul Rice and Phil Bonamo (pictured here from left to right) attended the annual marital and family law seminar sponsored by the Florida Bar’s Family Law Section and the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
The seminar was held at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center near Disney World in Orlando, Florida on January 25th and 26th of 2019. The seminar originally was designed for attorneys who were preparing to sit for the Florida Bar’s family law board certification examination. It was so popular that it grew into an annual two day event drawing more than 1600 family law attorneys and judges from around the state.
Recent statutory and case law developments are discussed as are current trends in divorce and family law cases in Florida.
