Paul Rice, pictured here, chaired the quarterly meeting of the Volusia County Bar Association’s Family Law Section at the Volusia County Courthouse in Deland, Florida on January 24, 2019. Three of the county’s four family law judges were in attendance as were approximately 25 family law attorneys.
The Family Law Section meetings are an opportunity for the judges, lawyers and courthouse personnel to openly address issues relating to courtroom proceedings and pre-trial procedure. Furthermore, the group is updated with significant changes in the law and procedure relating to divorce, paternity and other family law actions.
Mr. Rice has been the Chair of the Family Law Section since 2004. He is board certified in divorce and family law, and his office is located in Daytona Beach, Florida.
