Rice & Rose is proud to once again be a Gold Sponsor of the Annual New Smyrna Beach CAPS (Community Alumni Providing Scholarships) Dinner. This is the 9th year that Rice & Rose has been a gold sponsor. This annual event helps raise funds for college scholarships for deserving New Smyrna Beach High School Seniors. 
Partner Philip Bonamo, who is a graduate of New Smyrna Beach High School and lives in New Smyrna Beach, has not only been involved with this event for many years, but is also a past scholarship review committee member for CAPS.
